Because we think that a camping vacation means mobility and freedom, we design your stay to essentially be without rules and regulations. Our idea of “to live and let live” makes the atmosphere of our campground different. Despite that, you’ll find quiet and relaxation in the company of many pleasant guests.
Our campground, directly next to Lake Pichling and surrounded by fields, is located in Pichling, a suburb of Linz.
The campground is not only an ideal overnight stay for travellers on their way to or from Hungary / Vienna or Salzburg / Germany, but it is also ideal for vacationers who want to take advantage of the large selection of leisure activities. Whether it is tennis, fishing, diving, swimming, horseback riding, biking or golfing.
There are also a multitude of cultural activities to be experienced. For example, annual events in Linz (the city centre is only 10 Km away) include the Pflasterspektakel (Buskers’ Festival), Klangwolke (Fireworks’ Festival) or the Linzfest (Music Festival). Many sightseeing destinations are close by including: Enns, Austria’s oldest city (6 km), the impressive St. Florian Seminary (2 km), Tillysburg, a Baroque castle (3 km) or the Hunting Museum Hohenbrunn (5 km), the old city of Linz (11 km) and Steyr (30 km). It is also a delight for museum - goers: Sumerauerhof, the farmer’s museum (3 km), the Cowboy Museum (2 km), Schlossmuseum Linz as well as the Nordico oder Lentos.
